Why is it important?

If we don’t understand what others see, feel and experience, how can we even start to appreciate what they actually need?

User research gives us the key to help unlocking our ability to understand what users want rather than assuming we know – because 9 times out of 10 what we think users want is a whole world away from the reality.

Using quantative and qualitative user research methods tells us what we don’t know. It kicks our preconceptions in to touch and gives un an unbias opinion without assumptions. It takes YOU out of the picture and puts YOUR users in the lime light instead.

Our approach User Research

Not all user research is the same. It’s safe to say that user research that is carried out badly, or interpreted incorrectly can do more harm than good – and that’s a fact. 

Our user research methods have been refined over 20 years meaning that we are able to conduct user research in the best possible way to elimnate subjective opinions, casual assumptions and avoid introducing biases that can skew observations and insights.
